As a Project Manager of Merchandise & E-Commerce, I manage Quarterback Takeover's clothing merchandise from wholesale sourcing to production (embroidery/heat-press) to merchandise ordering to sending finalized merchandise to our warehouse (creating POs for their drop-off and accounting for inventory), to their E-Commerce launch on Shopify.
I prepped for inventory counts, retail pricing, sales/discounts for in-person football camps merch sales. I guided our customers in person and explained the merchandise, answering any questions they might have regarding material/sizing, etc.
This was my most rewarding experience because I was able to see the product from ideation to launch to in the hands of customers who loved the merchandise just as much as our team did.
Further I managed invoice tracking and costs of production & warehouse fees.
Sent influencer gifts to NFL quarterbacks - especially exciting because I had helped to develop the collection we were sending
Shipped clothing packages to football campers prior to camp / organizing data in spreadsheets and ensuring their timely arrival + correct camper gear sizing.

Flight School 2024
Flight School is one of Quarterback Takeover’s biggest football camps of the year. Our team prepared months in advance for the event that took place in Atlanta, GA where the best quarterbacks from all over the U.S., including an NFL guest appearance would be attending.
My focus was ensuring we had proper inventory of all of our merchandise, ensuring that our collections would be finalized prior to camp, and developing sale prices for customer purchases based on our costs and profits.
During camp, I would arrive early to set up the QBT merch tent and throughout the day would assist customers with their purchases and any questions that they may have regarding the clothing. I completed before and after spreadsheets of the camp documenting merchandise profits from our Flight School sale.
We tripled our sales from prior ‘Black Ops’ football camps, and sold out of many collections. It was a successful event and I appreciate the mentorship from my team!
Modeling with Quarterback Takeover
As soon as I let the team know that I had previous experience in modeling, they were more than happy to let me join in on their Flight School promotion video shoot.
I was thrilled to be a part of the video promotions for the quarterback football camp. More so, because we were wearing our newly released QBT Vice Collection in the video. It was a full circle moment to see the QBT Vice Collection come to life and be a part of the marketing efforts.
